I followed your instruction to back up the file in cash organizer 2011 (WM), and restore the data in android version then I found payee is missing in most of transition.

Not sure if this is a bug. ...

i just found a way to solve the problem. u may not be able to re-open an account with the same name in CO, but u can do that in "Microsoft Money" and then synchronize with ur pocket pc....
