Active Sync 4.5 problem

Hi

I updated to 4.5 (from the previous beta which was fine) and I have started to find that my ppc loses its partnership with the pc. This appears to happen after I have had either Money (2005) open or Cash Organizer 2007 (current release version).
I believe this is caused in some way by the Cash Organizer syncroniser, although it was not a problem prior to the AS upgrade.
I have reinstalled the Cash Organizer sync module (after removing it first) but it is still losing its partnership on occasion - requiring a new partnership.
I also sync to another machine at work but not with cash organizer.
Both PC's are running XP and my ppc is a 2003se loox 720.

Any ideas?
