The "Currency Exchange" Dialog box appears when money are moved from one account into another (and the accounts should be kept in difference currencies).
You can change data in three fields of four. Exchange rate and total amount will be calculated automatically.
The exchange rate is kept in memory and can be used in the future until you change it.
