Only those transactions that are dated within the specified period will be considered in the report. |

To set the reporting period you can use the standard settings.
The standard settings just put appropriate dates into the reporting period. |

In the Total window you can see the total amount of the report. In the window you can also select a currency to depict the total amount in. Exchange rates are set in accordance with the last currencies' settings of Cash Organizer. Note: The Program doesn't take into account a history of exchange rates changing and consider only the last exchanging rates. |

On having pressed the total amount(in the given example - "4 080.00") you'll get the total amount for each currency used in the report as well as number of records in the report.

Here you can set criterions for selection of transactions from Accounts, Categories and Projects. In other words, if you want to get a report on transactions only of the "WestPack" account, you need to tick off the account "WestPack". Filters for Categories and Projects work in a similar way. Note: If no account is ticked off, transaction from all of accounts will be used in the report. Similarly, if no category is ticked off, the report will consider transactions from all of categories as well as those transactions that have no binding to any category. |

Here you can set criteria for selection of transactions from Accounts, Categories and Projects. An extended filter allows to get more detailed information by the Name, Note, Contact, Total Amount and Number as well as include in the report or exclude from it Unreconciled, Cleared or Reconciled transactions. If you selected just a single Account, Category or Project in the filter, the field Filter for Accounts/Categories/Projects will be ticked off. On having remove the tick you'll cancel all the selection criteria for Accounts, Categories and Projects. |

In this window you'll find results of the report. Depending on the selected viewing mode different integrated data are available. You can also sort the data in any field - just press a head of an appropriate field If you are in transaction viewing mode |

If any setting of the filter is changed a button "Calculate again" will appear on the screen. Press "Calculate again" to get results allowing for new filter settings. |

To get detailed information on any transaction press the transaction you're interested in. For instance, you want to get more information on the transaction “New Shirt”. Press this line with a pen at any place (except the tick) and hold it pressed. You'll see context information on the transaction.

Sometimes you may need to leave out some records from the report. Remove ticks from all of the transaction that you don't want to enter the report. Note the total amount of the report will be calculated again. In the given example the report doesn't contain any information on initial balance . Note: transactions that are not ticked off won't get into a file. |
