|

When I first tried the 2008 beta versions of CO, it accepted my 2007 registration info without a problem. However, the latest version no longer accepts it and I am limited to a 20 day trial.
Is this the way it is supposed to be? Are we 2007 users going to have to re-purchase this in order to use it? I don't mind paying for software at all, but the 2007 version has never worked properly for me (Chinese characters in the payee list, not syncing properly, not installing properly, etc) so I would be very hesitant to upgrade this when I paid for the 2007 version and it never did work right.
Are we 2007 registered CO users no longer going to be able to use our 2007 reg codes in 2008?

The official release is coming very soon, before the trial expires. |

That's cool, but that still doesn't answer the question on whether we (previous 2007 users) will get new reg codes, or will we have to buy another upgrade?
Again, I don't mind buying software at all when it is good, but for us users who haven't been able to use CO 2007 effectively because of issues, I don't think we should have to pay for an 'upgrade'.
BTW, my use of CO 2008 is a LOT better than the 2007 version - it is actually usable now! No Chinese characters, etc.
Please advise on status of us previous users reg codes....

Sorry, but no answer right now. The free upgrades will probably start from 01-Jan-2007. |

Wasyl: I see CO 2008 is out, what is the status for upgrades? I think I got CO 2007 in Dec 2006; but as I have mentioned before, I've never been able to successfully use it all the time due to bugs like the Chinese character syndrome, inability to sync, etc. So I am hoping that I can get an upgrade to this and not have to look at something else like Spb Finance.
Please advise. Also, my email address has changed since I last purchased CO - where do I go to change this?
