Good desktop personal-finance software

I'm a fan and registered user of Cash Organizer and now I'm looking for a desktop version of similar software.

I know I can use Money 2007 but they don't sell it in my country (Thailand). Quicken is also not available even for online purchase from Thailand.

All I want is similar features as offered by Cash Organizer; namely, scheduled bills, account groups, net worth summary, etc. Online banking integration does not interest me because Thai banks are not supported anyway.

Can anyone point me to the right direction?
