I have problem with synchronisation. I'm using Microsoft Money 2007.
When ActiveSyn tries to sync appear error 14-1: unable to open database file. Thank you very much for help.

Please make sure that the path is correct (in ActiveSync settings).

I try to set the path, but when I try to open the configuration window
from
ActiveSync:Tool->Option
select 'Cash Organizer' from mobile device and config.

then I get ...
'Initialize Error 14-1: unable to open database file'

I made new file with Money2006 and place the file
at 'C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\'
I try file name with 'My Money.mny' and 'Cash Organizer.mny'.
But I still get same error.

I have to reset the path, and configuration window doesn't open.
I can't even set a fake file.
so.... what do I do? Sad

It's important which MS Money data file format Cash Organizer works with. If you installed a different version of Money when Cash Organizer was already installed, you shall remove Cash Organizer, run Money and create a new file. When you install Cash Organizer, it checks the last opened Money file format (there are differences between Money 2005 - 2007 files) and sets up proper synchronization parameters.

I have exactly the same problem. If somebody solved one i apriciate a help. Problem is that i am unable open configuration in Active Sync.

Same problem too. I did uninstall and reinstall CO and renewed MS Money file several times and I am starting to be already sick of it. Still the same shitty error message. Anybody any advice what to do? Thanks.
