| This doesn't happen every time but sometimes when the device is locked with password, the calller id screen fails to show up which is really a big headache.

Can you please also reconfigure your great looking caller id skin so that when there is no picture for a contact, it displays the contact details in the middle of the screen in large text fonts ... |
