CO2007 Sync and Money 2006

Hallo, I've got problem in sync between CO2007 PRemium and my Money 2006 Standard.
No accounts are present in the list of acocunts to be syncronized even if in my CO there are 12 accounts.
I tried to uninstall/reinstall Sync but nothing changes.
I tried to create a new Money file but no accounts are present.
When ActiveSynv tries to sync with a new file, it seems to import 5600+ records and asks for conflict resolution. Once solved this items, my Money file is about 2,5 MB but i can't see any account there...

Someone can help me? Thank you very much,

It's strange... After a random number of tentatives (don't remember if I did something different) it imports the data (even if still not showing the accounts in list of accounts to be imported)
