How to set default number to mobile?

Hi,

I'd like to know how to set default number to mobile?
As if there are Mobile and Home number for a contact, it always switch the first choice to Home. I can't find anyway to set it to mobile.

Btw, do this application support custom dialing pad skin? (Not the incoming call skin)
