New Function suggestion: Local clock on dialer

Dear Inesoft Phone software architect.

I always need to call people in different city in the world, it would be fantastic if I can see the recipient's local time when I open the dialer. so I won't call them in the wrong time and no need check the time from world clock before I make the call.

I think this is possible if my phone record has the city name inputted.
