7.21 Sub-Category bug

7.21 Build 2007.03.01, syncing with Quicken H&B 2005

I looked though the list of bugs and did not see this one listed.

When entering a transaction, I tap on the category field and see a drop down with categories and their sub-categories. More than 50% of the time some sub-categories are missing. Tapping again to close the dropdown, and tapping again to re-open the dropdown then gives a fully populated list of categories and sub categories. I can then select the desired sub-category and finish the transaction normally.

Clarification:
This bug might only be occur when entering a transaction for an existing payee AND assigning the transaction to different category.
