Sync with Microsoft Money Essentials?

I'm just wondering if Cash Organizer syncs with Microsoft Money Essentials (the cheapest version of Microsoft Money). Or, what is the cheapest version that will sync with Cash Organizer Premium 2007? I would like to be able to input on my PC so I don't need any more features than are in essentials.

There is no difference for Cash Organizer if you use version Deluxe, Premium or Home & Business, but Essentials edition has a different database format. It even does not allow to create split transactions. And that may cause significant problems during synchronization.
