Feature Request - Prepend "1" for Long Distance C

Hi Wasyl:

Would you consider adding a feature giving the option to prepend the digit "1" to long distance telephone numbers before dialing?

I don't normally enter my long distance contact telephone numbers into my contact database with the digit "1" before them, so if I want to dial them from my phone, I have to memorize the number, and then go to the Phone application and manually type it in. This feature would also be useful when traveling in other area codes.

Ideally, you could extend it to allow prepending any characters, but 99% of my grief would be solved by just providing the option to prepend a "1" before dialing.
