broblem with unlock code

I bought NEW Cash Organizer 2007 Premium - Full Finance and Budget in hand.Feb.24, 2007 through Handango and got the unlocking code.

When I input this code it said "Your program registered successfully" but yet the "Register" option in the menu was still available, and the program still says I have now 3 days remaining in the Trial

I bougt Cash, the web give me a registration code (my trial modr just finished) open the cash for lite time and then I need to put the code again.
I send a mail to service with the ID of the cash but I dont recive yet a solution.

What can I say? Instructions are written to simplify life, ignoring them may cause only problems.
