Read Error 10-25 constantly popping up

Every time I synchronize ANY new data (not just my Money file, but all files, contacts, etc.) I get "Read Error 10-25 Password Needed". It seems to be synching the file most of the time even though the message appears but it's very annoying to be constantly getting that message. Having said that, there are times that it won't sync, and it tells me to try reconnecting my device. Even that doesn't always work and I have to reset my device as well. Any ideas? I never had these sorts of problems with version 2005, whereas 2007 seems to be plagued with problems... Should I uninstall and then reinstall, perhaps?

no, my copy is registered. Like I said, the files synchronize even though i'm getting the error. I'm going to try uninstalling and doing a hard reset on my device, then reinstalling everything.
