Accounts depict some money you owe or posses. For example, amount of money in your bank account, cash in your pocket or your credit card liabilities. 

Total sum of incomes or liabilities in each of accounts at any specified moment is called Balance


Debit or Credit?

Peculiarity of Cash Organizer is that you don't need to worry about such serious financial terms as debit and credit are. 

Each of account types is defined with simple terms and describes positive or negative changes of the Balance. 

For example, you can spend your cash (Payment) or receive them (Deposit). You can also draw them from the account (Payment) or put them in the bank (Deposit).


Transaction Ledger.

Account also includes Transaction Ledger. The Transaction Ledger is a usual transaction list. 

A simple example of Transaction Ledger is a bank account statement. The statement contains all the information on your assets movements within the bank account. 

Bank account statement includes initial balance, transaction list and final balance. 

Cash Organizer deals with Transaction Ledger for each of accounts in a similar way.
