Hello. Will Cash Organizer 07 sync with MSMoney 2003? This is the version I have and, if Cash Org only syncs with MS Money 2005-7 (as it says on the requirements page) I wont bother upgrading. Looks good though
Thanks,

No, Cash Organizer 2007 is not compatible with MS Money 2003 and 2004.
Cash Organizer 2007 allows to synchronize budgets with MS Money, but there are two different budget formats in Money 2003-2004 and 2005-2007. We made it compatible with the latest format. |

I use MS Money 2003 Business Edition and have no real plans to upgrade at this time.
Prior to yesterday I was using CO2005 on a Trial Basis, which expired yesterday. I registered CO and was happy to learn that there was a new version -- 2007 Premium. There was / is no mention on the web pages http://www.inesoft.com/eng/index.php?in=premium.htm&page=2007_overview.htm that it is not compatible with 2003 - 2004. It simply said that it was compatible with 2007 which is fine by me. As a matter of fact, http://www.inesoft.com/eng/index.php?in=premium.htm&page=2007_feature.htm says that it "enables automatic data synchronization with MS Money 2003-2007." which conflicts with http://www.inesoft.com/eng/index.php?in=premium.htm&page=2007_sys_req.htm
I paid for this and installed on top of CO2005. There were problems but that is a subject for a different thread.
Due to my problems, I decided to come to the website's support page and this forum for additional help. That is when I saw the above about it not being compatible with MS Money 2003.
After finally getting CO 2007 Premium to work on my PPC (Axim X51v) I have found that it is indeed syncing with MS Money 2003 across my network (the file is on another PC), so it seems to work -- at least to an extent. I don't use it for budgeting, just for entering transactions.
This leads me to the main question of my post -- is budgeting function the only thing affected / not compatible? What else specifically is not compatible? _________________ Regards,
